- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans French style green beans
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Instant (for the easy way out) mashed potatoes approximately 4 cups
- 1/2 package Shredded cheese
Brown and season the ground beef. Drain. Put in 13 x 9 glass baking pan. Layer bottom of pan with beef.
Combine green beans and cream of mushroom soup. Add as next layer in pan.
Create mashed potatoes (however fits your preference). If you are making them from whole, real potatoes, begin this before browning beef. Season to taste. Layer on top of green bean/mushroom mixture.
Layer with desired amount of shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until cheese on top is melted.
