Easy Chicken Pot Pie

- Frozen pie crusts (make sure there are two, one for crust and one for the top)
- two to three chicken breasts cooked and diced
- 16 oz bag of mixed frozen veggies
- (1) 15 oz can of cream of chicken soup
Put on pie crust in a pie pan.
Mix frozen veggies and soup, add chicken
Put mix in pie crust and cover with second pie crust
Cook according to the pie crusts directions or 375 for 30 minutes.
I serve with mashed potatoes or a salad or both. If I am delivering this to a friend I would use a disposable pan so that they don't have to worry about getting a pan back to me.
